The personal information you provide will be accessed only by the Company and its authorised employees.

The Company is bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and by the Australian Psychological Society's Code of Ethics.

The Company collects personal information about you through your application, including your first and last name, street address, phone number, email address, and other information. The information we collect may also include personal information provided in resumes such as your insurance policy number, professional registration details, references, education, employment qualifications, memberships, and competencies. Information about you may also be collected from other parties, for example, when doing reference checks.

The Company will not collect or monitor personal information about you without your consent. However, if you choose not to provide any of the information requested by the Company or you do not consent to use of your personal information for the purposes set out in this policy, we may be unable to send you further information, fully process your application or properly consider you for the Position.

By providing your personal information in this application, you agree that the Company can use it for the purposes of assessing your application and to carry out checks with third parties (to the extent permitted by law) to verify the information you supply to us.

We will give you reasons if we cannot provide you with access to information that the Company holds about you.

We will take reasonable steps to destroy your personal information in a secure manner or remove identifying features from it if we no longer require it. This is subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain information for a certain period of time.
